It's a quote-comparison website — the fast, easy way to see party bus, charter bus, and minibus options from providers serving Hialeah and all of Miami-Dade County. Fill out one form, and in seconds you're looking at vehicle options, pricing, and availability side by side.
No callbacks, no hold music, no describing your trip to six different companies.
That's the whole idea. Instead of hunting down individual bus companies one by one, you enter your trip details once — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and compare what's available in seconds. Call 786-785-1077 any day of the year for help sorting through options and building a package that fits your headcount and budget.

Popular Hialeah Bus Amenities Available
The right vehicle depends entirely on what your group actually needs. A 25-passenger party bus comes loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and a Bluetooth sound system — the right pick for a bachelorette night crawling through Calle Ocho or a quinceañera arrival in Hialeah. A minibus fits the bill for corporate shuttles between Hialeah's industrial corridor and MIA, with climate control, reclining seats, and enough overhead storage for laptop bags and presentation materials.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — essential for long runs to Orlando or big headcounts at Hard Rock Stadium. Compare amenity sets side by side through the quote tool, or call 786-785-1077 to go over every option.

Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Hialeah
Because you're not locked into one company's fleet. Hialeahpartybuscompany.com lets you compare options from providers serving Hialeah and Miami-Dade, so you can compare multiple vehicle types, price points, and availability windows in one place — instead of making a dozen calls and hoping someone gets back to you before your date fills up.
Hialeah's roads are genuinely tricky to plan around. Palm Avenue and W 49th Street clog fast during afternoon rush. Red Road (SW 57th Ave) backs up toward the Palmetto Expressway interchange at almost any hour.
Getting a group of 30 people across town in separate cars on a Saturday night is a coordination nightmare. One bus, one pickup, one drop-off — that changes the math entirely. Hialeahpartybuscompany.com makes finding that bus fast and low-pressure: free quote online or at 786-785-1077, no account required, available any time. Call with any questions, and you're never pushed toward a vehicle that doesn't fit.
Find your bus, confirm your trip, move on with your planning.
Hialeah Party Bus Services Available
Whatever the occasion, there's a vehicle sized for it. From MIA airport shuttles and corporate shuttles to wedding transportation, prom buses, game-day charters, concert runs, and pub crawl transportation — call 786-785-1077 to get your group moving.

Hialeah Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Miami International Airport (MIA) (2100 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142) sits roughly 6 miles south of central Hialeah — close enough that groups assume parking is manageable, until they're circling the MIA Intermodal Center or paying $35+ a day in the airport garage. For a group of 20 flying out together, a single minibus to the terminal costs a fraction of that, and everyone arrives at the same time without the pre-flight chaos of coordinating multiple cars across the 836.
Inbound groups work the same way: have your coordinator confirm everyone has luggage and is assembled at the correct arrivals door — commercial curbside pickups at MIA operate from the Arrivals Level (Level 1), with North Terminal doors numbered 1–18, Central Terminal doors 20–35, and South Terminal doors 40–60. Confirm your specific pickup door with the provider ahead of time, since door assignments can shift by concourse and flight. Don't call for the bus until the full group is together.
Review MIA's official ground transportation page before your trip. For Broward-bound flights, a Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) shuttle handles the run north on I-95. Call 786-785-1077 to get your airport transfer started.

Hialeah Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Hialeah bachelorette groups tend to start local — dinner on Palm Avenue, a stop at a Westland Mall-area bar — before heading south into Miami's nightlife. The problem with driving that route on a Friday or Saturday night: parking anywhere near Wynwood or South Beach is either gone by 10pm or priced like a hotel room. A Hialeah bachelorette party bus rental solves that entire logistics problem.
The group loads up in Hialeah, hits every stop on the itinerary — Palace South Beach for a drag show, Mango's Tropical Café on Ocean Drive, LIV at Fontainebleau (4441 Collins Ave, Miami Beach) — and stays out as late as the group wants without anyone keeping track of who's driving back.
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus comes with a full-length bar setup, LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs — the celebration starts the moment the bus rolls. For smaller parties of 6–14, a Sprinter limo keeps things intimate and stylish. Call 786-785-1077 to compare options and nail down your night.

Hialeah Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Hialeah has one of the largest Cuban-American communities in the country, and quinceañera celebrations here are a serious production — venue, court, entertainment, and an arrival the honoree will remember. A Hialeah quinceañera party bus rental lets the birthday court pull up to the reception hall together, dressed and ready, with the energy already built from the ride. Venues like Westland Banquet Hall and reception spaces along W 49th Street see these celebrations regularly.
Party buses in the 20- to 40-passenger range are the right fit for most quinceañera and Sweet 16 court groups — enough room for the damas and chambelanes plus the immediate family, with LED lighting and sound that can be set to the playlist before the bus even leaves the block. For adult milestone birthdays heading into Brickell or South Beach, the same vehicle doubles as the night-out bus. A 20-passenger party bus runs $250–$350 per hour on weekdays.
Call 786-785-1077 to check availability for your date.

Hialeah Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The two venues that pull the biggest Hialeah crowds are Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens — about 10 miles north on the Palmetto — and Kaseya Center downtown on Biscayne Bay. Both are manageable by car on a quiet Tuesday. On stadium concert nights with 65,000 people emptying onto NW 199th Street, they are not.
Hard Rock's official rideshare pickup is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex (3000 NW 199th St) — roughly a 30-minute walk from the gates — and NW 199th closes in sections hours before doors open.
Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) hosts major touring acts year-round. Official bus drop-off is Gate 3 on NE 8th Street, steps from the box office — but nearby parking is limited and expensive on show nights. A Hialeah concert bus rental gets your group to the door and back to Hialeah without the post-show rideshare surge or the long walk from a remote lot.
The FPL Solar Amphitheater and Fillmore Miami Beach round out the local circuit. Call 786-785-1077 for a quote on your concert date.

Hialeah Corporate Event Transportation
Hialeah's economy runs heavy on manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare — industries where employee shuttles between facilities, airports, and conference venues are a real and recurring need. The stretch of W 29th Street and the E 4th Avenue industrial corridor doesn't exactly offer walkable transit connections to MIA or the Miami Beach Convention Center (1901 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139). A minibus or charter bus handles those runs cleanly, with overhead storage for laptops and enough seating to move a full department in one trip instead of four Ubers.
For conventions at the Miami Beach Convention Center, charter bus drop-off uses the Washington Avenue entrances at 1750 and 2000 Washington Ave, with on-site bus parking available. Hialeah corporate event transportation also covers team-building shuttles, client-facing event pickups, and multi-day conference circuits. A Sprinter van is a solid fit for executive-level transfers — quality leather seating, individual climate control, tinted windows.
Call 786-785-1077 to discuss group rates and recurring shuttle contracts.

Hialeah Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, multi-stop birthday itineraries, Calle Ocho crawls — Hialeah's social calendar runs big and runs often. The Calle Ocho Music Festival (SW 8th Street, Miami) draws massive crowds each March, turning Little Havana's streets into a gridlock zone from mid-morning through the evening. Groups coming from Hialeah who try to drive in and park will spend 45 minutes on the 836 and another 20 looking for a spot that may not exist.
A Hialeah private charter bus rental drops the group at festival entry points before the worst of the congestion locks in.
The same logic applies to Ultra Music Festival at Bayfront Park (301 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) each March, where Biscayne Boulevard and the MacArthur Causeway become nearly impassable during load-out. For multi-stop private events — a family reunion hitting Zoo Miami, then Crandon Park, then dinner in Coconut Grove — one charter bus keeps everyone on the same schedule without the caravan math. Call 786-785-1077 to build your custom itinerary quote.

Hialeah Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Miami-Dade County high schools — including Hialeah High, Miami Lakes Educational Center, and American Senior High — run prom season from late April through May, with almost every school in the county scheduling within the same six-week window. Demand for party buses in Hialeah spikes hard during that stretch, and the vehicles that were available in January are gone by March. For prom: book by December.
That's not a suggestion — it's the difference between a 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting and getting a callback that nothing's left.
The pricing gap between early and late booking is real. Booking in December for a May prom typically runs $200–$350 per hour for a standard party bus. Waiting until April, if anything is still available, runs meaningfully higher.
A Hialeah prom party bus rental makes it easy to compare vehicles, confirm the pickup plan, and get scheduled before the county-wide rush. Call 786-785-1077 today — it takes about a minute to get pricing.

Hialeah School Event & Field Trip Transportation
School coordinators and chaperones have enough to manage on a field trip without adding a carpooling spreadsheet on top of it. A Hialeah school event bus rental handles the group in one vehicle, with overhead storage for backpacks and lunch bags, climate control for the Miami heat, and onboard restrooms on select charter bus options — so mid-trip stop requests don't derail the whole schedule.
Popular Hialeah-area field trip destinations include the Frost Museum of Science (1101 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132), Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177), and HistoryMiami Museum (101 W Flagler St, Miami, FL 33130). Zoo Miami is about 20 miles south of Hialeah on Florida's Turnpike — manageable as a group in a charter bus, significantly messier as a multi-car caravan through Medley and Sweetwater. ADA-accessible vehicles are available; mention it when requesting a quote.
Call 786-785-1077 to get a school group rate.

Hialeah Sporting Event Transportation
Hialeah sits almost exactly between the three major South Florida sports venues — Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens (10 miles north), loanDepot park in Little Havana (7 miles south), and Kaseya Center downtown (10 miles southeast). All three are reachable in under 30 minutes under normal conditions. Game-day conditions are not normal.
The Palmetto Expressway (826) and I-95 both funnel toward Hard Rock Stadium on Dolphins game days and stadium-level events, with NW 199th Street closing in sections near the stadium. Rideshare pickup after games is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex — a 30-minute walk from the gates.
At loanDepot park (501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125), bus parking is on NW 5th Street between 16th and 17th Ave along West Lot 3. A Hialeah sporting event charter bus means your group pregames together, arrives together, and the ride home is already sorted — no Lot 44 hike, no surge pricing at midnight. Call 786-785-1077 for game-day charter quotes.

Hialeah Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Hialeah wedding receptions pull guests from across Miami-Dade — some local, some flying into MIA, some staying in Miami Beach hotels. Getting everyone to the same ceremony space on W 49th Street or a banquet hall in the Lakes area without a parking scramble or a late-arrival gap requires actual coordination. A Hialeah wedding shuttle bus rental solves that by running a loop between the hotel block, ceremony, and reception on a fixed schedule — guests aren't hunting for parking, and nobody misses the processional because the Palmetto was backed up.
For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo ($200–$325/hour weekday, $225–$350 on weekends) is the right fit for the bride and her court on the wedding day. A minibus handles the groomsmen and immediate family. Full guest shuttling between a Doral or Hialeah hotel block and a Coral Gables or Coconut Grove reception venue is exactly the kind of multi-stop run a charter bus handles in one clean circuit.
Call 786-785-1077 — wedding transportation is one of those bookings that disappears early for popular spring and fall dates.

Hialeah Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Hialeah doesn't have a wine country corridor in its backyard — but Miami-Dade's brewery and bar scene is dense enough to build a full day around, and a Hialeah pub crawl bus rental is what keeps the itinerary from turning into a logistics headache at stop three. Starting at Tripping Animals Brewing (2685 NW 105th Ave, Miami, FL 33172) — about 8 miles south of Hialeah near Doral — and working east toward Cerveceria La Tropical (2900 NW 22nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142) in Allapattah, then into Wynwood for Wynwood Brewing Company (565 NW 24th St, Miami, FL 33127), makes for a solid circuit. Wynwood weekend parking is actively enforced — residential permit zones and private lot towing are both very common — so dropping the group at each stop and staging nearby is the cleanest move.
A 15- to 25-passenger party bus is the standard pick for bar crawls: enough room for the group to spread out, with Bluetooth sound to carry the energy between stops. Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus run $275–$375. Call 786-785-1077 to map out the circuit and get your quote.

Frequently Asked Questions About Hialeah Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Hialeahpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not a bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. Submit the quote form to review pricing and available vehicles for your date, compare the options, and find what fits your trip.
How much does a party bus cost in Hialeah, Florida?
Hialeah party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and trip length. A 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 30-passenger bus is $300–$375 weekday, $325–$425 weekend.
A full 40–56 passenger charter bus runs $200–$350/hour regardless of day. A minibus starts around $200/hour. Those are planning ranges — your actual price depends on your specific date, route, and availability.
Fill out the quick form or call 786-785-1077 and you can have pricing for your actual trip in about a minute. See the Hialeah pricing page for more detail.
What is Hialeahpartybuscompany.com?
Hialeahpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company or motor carrier. It doesn't own vehicles or provide transportation. What it does: pull together vehicle options and pricing from providers serving Hialeah and Miami-Dade, so you can compare them in one place instead of calling a dozen companies separately.
The whole point is to make finding the right bus fast and low-pressure.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Hialeah?
For most events, 3–6 months out is the smart window — you'll see the widest vehicle selection and the most competitive pricing. For prom season (late April–May), book by December or expect higher rates and limited availability: Miami-Dade high schools all run prom within the same six-week stretch, and inventory disappears fast. Same applies to Art Basel week (early December) and Dolphins home playoff games — those dates sell out months ahead.
For standard weekend events outside peak periods, 4–6 weeks of lead time is workable, but earlier is always better. Call 786-785-1077 to check what's still available for your date.
Can a bus get into Hialeah Park Racing for a group visit?
Hialeah Park Racing & Casino (100 E 32nd St, Hialeah, FL 33013) sits right in the heart of Hialeah with its own expansive grounds and surface parking — one of the few South Florida venues where a charter bus or minibus can pull in without the urban parking nightmare. The park hosts live racing events as well as casino gaming year-round. For group visits, read the full guide to renting a bus to Hialeah Park and contact the park directly to confirm current group arrival procedures before your visit.
What's the best bus size for a Hialeah quinceañera group?
Most quinceañera courts run 14–20 people for the immediate court — damas, chambelanes, and a few family members. A 20-passenger party bus or 18-passenger bus hits the sweet spot: enough room for everyone in formal wear without it feeling cramped, with the LED lighting and sound system to match the occasion. If the full family group is riding together, step up to a 28-passenger bus or 30-passenger option.
Call 786-785-1077 with your headcount to get pointed to the right fit.
Do charter buses go to loanDepot park from Hialeah?
Yes — loanDepot park (501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125) is about 7 miles south of central Hialeah, a straightforward run down the 836 or LeJeune Road. The official Marlins parking page places bus parking on NW 5th Street between 16th and 17th Ave along West Lot 3 (1680 NW 5th Street), with parking purchased in advance. Rideshare pickup is at East Lot 1 (1380 NW 6th Street) for anyone in the group using that option.
A charter bus or minibus from Hialeah gets the group there and back without the Little Havana parking scramble. See the full loanDepot park bus guide for more detail.
How long does a rental usually run?
Rental lengths vary by the transportation company and vehicle type — there's no single answer that covers every option. When you fill out a quote or call 786-785-1077, the details of the specific vehicle and package are part of what you'll see and compare before you commit to anything.
Popular Hialeah Party Bus Destinations
Hialeah groups head all over Miami-Dade and Broward — these are some of the most frequently booked destinations from the area, with the logistics you'll actually need to plan around. Your destination not on the list? Transportation options reach anywhere in the region.
Call 786-785-1077 for a custom quote to wherever you're headed.

Hialeah Park Racing & Casino
Hialeah Park Racing & Casino (100 E 32nd St, Hialeah, FL 33013) is one of the most architecturally significant racetracks in the country — a 200-acre property right in the middle of the city, with live thoroughbred racing, a full casino floor, and a flamingo colony that's been at the park since the 1930s. For groups, it's one of the rare South Florida destinations where charter buses and minibuses can pull directly onto the property without fighting for urban parking. Race day events and special casino nights draw groups from across the metro.
The full logistics breakdown for arriving by bus is in the dedicated Hialeah Park bus guide. Contact the park at (305) 885-8000 to confirm current group arrival procedures. Address: 100 E 32nd St, Hialeah, FL 33013.

Hard Rock Stadium
Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) is about 10 miles north of Hialeah on the Palmetto Expressway — a manageable drive in normal conditions, a traffic wall on Dolphins game days and major concert nights. The stadium seats 65,000-plus and hosts NFL games, College Football Playoff matchups, Formula 1, and the FIFA World Cup 2026. On event days, NW 199th Street and NW 27th Avenue close in sections hours before kickoff.
Official rideshare pickup is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex — roughly a 30-minute walk from the gates. The Hard Rock Stadium bus guide covers the full approach. A Hialeah game-day charter bus drops your group at the stadium while Lot 44 fills up.
Check the stadium's official parking page before your visit. Phone: (305) 943-8000.

Kaseya Center
Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) is the home of the Miami Heat and one of the busiest concert venues in South Florida, pulling major touring acts year-round to its 19,600-seat waterfront arena. Parking immediately around the arena has shrunk significantly as downtown Miami has developed, which means most groups either pay steep garage rates and walk several blocks or roll the dice on street spots that don't exist on game nights. Official bus drop-off is at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street on the north side of the building, right next to the box office — steps from the main entrance.
That's where a Kaseya Center bus rental puts your group while everyone else circles. Rideshare pickup is at Bayshore Drive and HEAT Blvd. Phone: (786) 777-1000.

loanDepot park
loanDepot park (501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125) sits in the Little Havana neighborhood about 7 miles south of Hialeah — a quick run down LeJeune Road or the 836 in light traffic, a slower proposition on a Friday night game when the surrounding streets fill with fans and neighborhood congestion compounds. The park seats just over 37,000 and is one of the few MLB stadiums with a retractable roof, which makes it a year-round destination regardless of South Florida weather. Bus parking is on NW 5th Street between 16th and 17th Ave along West Lot 3, purchased in advance.
For full drop-off and parking logistics, the loanDepot park bus guide has everything you need. Phone: (305) 480-1300.

Wynwood Arts District
Wynwood is about 8 miles south of Hialeah on NW 2nd Avenue — close enough that groups from Hialeah go regularly, far enough that weekend parking turns it into an ordeal. The district's residential permit zones are enforced aggressively on Friday and Saturday nights, and private lot towing is common along NW 24th and 25th Streets. Wynwood Walls (2520 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33127) anchors the walkable core, with Wynwood Brewing Company (565 NW 24th St), Upside rooftop bar (2031 NW 1st Ct), and rotating gallery nights drawing consistent group traffic.
A party bus stages on a nearby block while the group moves between stops — no parking drama at every venue, no splitting into separate rideshares when the group is ready to move. For Art Basel in December, book 6–8 weeks out minimum. Phone (Wynwood Walls): (305) 531-4411.

Amerant Bank Arena
Amerant Bank Arena (One Panther Parkway, Sunrise, FL 33323) is about 20 miles north of Hialeah on I-95 and the 595 — home of the Florida Panthers NHL franchise and a major concert destination for Broward County. The arena seats just over 19,000 and is surrounded by suburban surface parking, which means parking isn't the pain point here — getting there and back on a sold-out night is. The 595 westbound backs up hard after Florida Panthers playoff games, and the I-95 interchange is a slow merge in both directions when 19,000 people leave at the same time.
A charter bus to Amerant Bank Arena from Hialeah means the group loads up, makes the run north together, and the return trip doesn't depend on anyone navigating the 595 after a overtime win. Phone: (954) 835-7000.
